im 15 year old boy. blasted hormones changing making me tired and anxoius and crap… ok i go to bed at 9 and get up at 5 every morning still 8 hours of sleep but im tired as crap throughout the day and dont have much energy but after six i get energy and i get like a crash. i eat healthy and excersize like no other kid.its been ok lately havent been as depressed and enjoying things more but i want energy throughout the school day because im not shy at all and sometimes i get made fun of for being shy… im just tired as hell and want to go to sleep and makes me depressed… o and does puberty cause depression sometimes with all the hormonal changes?
