I’ve seen commercials for 5-hour energy, and it looks alright, but it is also incredibly expensive to drink on a daily basis. Are there any other cheaper, effective energy drinks without caffeine.
stay away from Energy Drinks. eat right, exercise and get plenty of sleep then you won’t need an energy boost.

I have a drug test on monday. It’s been a little less than three weeks since i’ve smoked. There is a good chance that Marijuana is still in my system. I bought this Herbal Clean Detox drink, from the smoke shop. I want to know if the Detox drink really works. Will i pass my drug test? What is the success rate of this drink? Is it at least 90% effective?
No. Best case scenario is that it does nothing. More likely it will make you very ill and claim that is the detox process.

Hi,
I’m looking for a Energy Drink/powder drink for recovery after I do my training runs for marathons. I’m looking for something that doesn’t contain any harmful substances. Maybe I don’t need anything but I’m finding my recovery is taking too long. I’m open for suggestions.
Note: I live in Canada so the product must be available here.
Hi Fred,
I would recommend honey as a natural way to regain energy. The glucose contained in honey is easily absorbed by the blood to give instant energy, and the fructose will be absorbed slowly by the body to sustain energy.
This is why honey is a great source of energy for people who are active in sports and outdoor activities. Taking honey can help athletes regain their stamina. Products such as energy bars with honey and honey milk are very popular meals among athletes.

I work third shift, I’ve tried various Energy Drink, Monster, Nos, red bull, Rock star, 5 hour, but neither had no real affect. Is there another drink out there that people find exceptionally energizing?
I would rather you to sleep more, then ruining your body with energy drinks. Energy drinks just makes your body more exhausting day by day when you use it. Give your body a rest, and stop drinking energy drinks, and do the work on your own strength. Stop using energy drinks, your just going to kill yourself/your body by drinking to much, so my full suggestion is to give your body a rest for a few days.

I drive all day and lose my energy, I want to have a drink that is healthy and has vitamins and gives me energy, any suggestions?
If you are talking about something with caffeine in it, then none of them. They have a lot of vitamins, but caffeine is really bad for you. Try taking a vitamin every morning, possible something with extra vitamin B as that will give you more energy. Try to avoid foods with lots of sugar and carbs as it will actually make you feel tired more often (stick to high protein foods when on the road for more sustained energy).

Is there an age? My neighbors give their 7 year old boy Monster. The little boy is already really hyperactive and the Energy Drinks make him 10X worse. Why would parents let a little child drink these? Can they not know how bad they are? Personally I am really conscious of what my kids eat and would never allow energy drinks, but what age do you think is okay to start drinking this type of drink?
Never, even adults should stay away from those things.

I’m only going to drink Monster on the day of my P.E exam. On other days, I never (and i mean NEVER) drink coffee or any energy drinks cos i don’t really like the taste. So in other words, I rarely drink coffee or any Energy Drinks.
So how long would it take for Monster to take effect?
High sugar energy drinks get into your system quickly, it’s what their designed for, it won’t take longer than fifteen minutes to start to be absorbed into your bloodstream.
It depends on how much you’ve drunk, which drink it is and your own body size, but a full size can of monster would probably last the average person about two maybe three hours.
